Exceptional replaced the roof of our church that was damaged in a tornado. The roof had lots of copper work and complicated ridges and valleys. It also had a few places with flat roof. In all these things they did great work. On budget in a timely way and very responsive to any questions or concerns. I look forward to having them quote on the roof on my condo building when it comes up for replacement in two years!

Our experience with Exceptional Roofing has been nothing short of spectacular. The quote they provided was very competitive and they worked quickly to ensure we were scheduled ASAP. Their sales support and customer support team communicated often and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. The work crew that completed the job were professional and courteous. We had a small leak a few weeks after the job was complete and they fixed it quickly with no hassle. Used these guys for a project at work. Their crew came in and finished it in the same day. A few areas needed to be addressed after the first rain, but they were here within a few days and took care of the issues. They even patched up some areas that weren't their roof to help us out. The crews cleaned up their areas and didn't leave any trash or old material left behind. Kim, Jeremy and their whole crew was really easy to reach and talk to so we could all be on the same page with our expectations.

Exceptional roofing lived up to their name! They were great to work with from day one! I called Jeremy because I had been having roof trouble on a commercial rooftop and no one could seem to fix it much less even think about trying. Jeremy came, accessed the situation and assured me they could fix the problem and they did. They were great with communication along the way as well. I would highly recommend them for your commercial roofing needs!
